Take a Break

I need a breakkkkk! Is something we keep hearing from almost everyone, but how many of us actually take it?

We need a break, but we keep postponing it…WHY?

Mostly because you’ve some reallyyyy important work to complete, yes OK I get it….but can you finish your work without any mistakes?

Can you actually enjoy what you are doing, if you are exhausted, if you feel like you’ve used last grain of energy left in your body?

Taking a break is considered as a sign of laziness or that person is labelled as a “procrastinator” but sometimes annnnnd I mean sometimes a break helps you to accomplish more than you thought you would be able to.

Have a relaxing day! πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

    1. I know exactly where you’re coming from, Butterfly. I’ve been feeling just the same lately and am finding it so hard to take a break even though it’s very much needed. I have currently got about 80 tabs (and that’s no exaggeration) open on my laptop, all calling for my attention! I am exhausted, as was the subject of my last but one post. You are quite right; it is hard to enjoy ourselves when we put ourselves under so much pressure. However, I’ve often been called a dreadful procrastinator, and I feel that’s correct. I find it hard to make my mind up about so many things. Hope you have a lovely day today, too. Take good care of yourself. Ellie xx

  1. I have just come back from a break and it was in the end extended somewhat (planes and trains)but we won’t bore you with the why’s and wherefores but in hindsight I was happy it was and now to get back into the swing if things bit definitely refreshed πŸ™‚
